YEARLY MEETINGS

Founder Members:

Founder Members will have a meeting on First Sunday of months – July-September-November-January-March-May every year. Emergency meeting can be called any time.

Executive Members:

Executive Members will have a meeting on Last Sunday of months- August-October-December-February-April-June every year. Emergency meeting can be called any time.

Officers:

Officers will have a meeting on 2 times a month on Wednesday’s of every month all year. Meetings can be more than 2 in a month if require. Emergency meeting can be called any time.

In Executive Members & Officers meetings any Founder Member can attend the meeting.
